1. Acceptance of Terms 

By registering an account or using any services provided by this platform, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with this Service Agreement and any subsequent amendments. If you do not agree, please do not continue using the services.

2. Scope of Services
This platform primarily provides the following services:
• Purchasing Service: Placing orders and completing payments on designated e-commerce platforms (e.g., Taobao, 1688) as per user instructions.
• Consolidation Service: Gathering parcels from multiple regions to a transit warehouse and shipping them to Malaysia via sea or air freight.
• Warehousing & Transit: Providing storage, inspection, sorting, and repacking services at designated warehouses.
• Value-Added Services: Optional services such as inspection and wooden crate packing. Specific service details and fees are subject to the system display at the time of order placement.
• Freight Collect: Our warehouse can assist in paying freight collect charges and bill the user upon confirmation. If the user cannot be reached after two attempts, the package will be refused, and related costs will be the user's responsibility. The exchange rate for the payment on behalf will be based on the rate determined by this platform.
• Invoice Service: E-invoice requests must be made within the same month the original invoice was issued. Processing takes 1-3 working days. Once the e-invoice is issued, the original invoice will be void. Applications made after the month of issuance will not be accepted.
• After-Sales Protection: Users may independently select insurance services to reduce risks during transportation (Covered under shipping insurance).

3. Prohibited Items & Security Inspection
Users are prohibited from shipping any internationally restricted items, including but not limited to:
• Counterfeit or brand-infringing goods;
• Medical supplies, drugs, liquids, powders, pastes, corrosive substances, narcotics;
• Flammable or explosive materials, firearms, and related accessories;
• Currency, securities, precious metals, jewelry;
• Pornographic or seditious publications, religious propaganda materials;
• Other internationally restricted items or goods controlled by the destination country/region.
The platform reserves the right to conduct monitored inspections and ensure all goods pass security screening. If prohibited items are found, the platform will report them to the relevant authorities and assist in handling the matter.

4. User Registration & Obligations

• Accuracy of Information: Users must provide true, complete, and lawful personal and recipient details during registration and update them promptly if changes occur.
• Legal Use: Users must not use the platform’s services for any illegal or infringing activities and must not ship prohibited or sensitive goods.

• Account Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. Any consequences arising from unauthorized account use shall be borne by the user. In case of suspicious activity, users must immediately change their password or notify customer service.

5. International Shipping & Customs Clearance

The platform handles export customs clearance and booking in mainland China, assists with destination clearance, and coordinates with carriers for delivery. Users must accurately declare goods information. Risks and costs arising from false declarations, omissions, or changes in destination policies (e.g., failed clearance, returns, or confiscation) shall be borne by the user.

6. Service Modifications & Interruptions
The platform may modify, suspend, or adjust services due to system maintenance, sea shipping/airline scheduling, policy changes, or force majeure events without prior notice. Announcements will be made upon service resumption. The platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (text, trademarks, logos, images, software, etc.) on this platform and its applications are owned by the platform or its licensors and protected by law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to lost profits, goodwill, or data.

9. Termination of Agreement

• Users may cease using the services at any time.
• The platform may suspend or terminate services if users violate these terms without refunding paid fees.
• Upon termination, all rights and obligations between the user and the platform shall cease, except for pre-existing obligations.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement’s formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of the platform’s jurisdiction. Both parties agree to submit disputes to local courts. If any clause conflicts with the law, it shall be reinterpreted to the closest valid intent, while other clauses remain enforceable.

11. Feedback & Content Management

• The platform values user feedback and considers it vital for service improvement.
• The platform reserves the right to publish, edit, delete, or archive all user-generated content.
• Prohibited content includes:
          ㅇ Illegal, defamatory, or rights-infringing information;
          ㅇ Advertisements or irrelevant content;
          ㅇ Sensitive political or religious statements.
Violators shall bear legal responsibility.
