1. Service Definitions
• Membership Wallet: A virtual wallet tool available to users after registering an account on this platform, which can be used to store top-up credits and make purchases within the platform. "Only for in-platform mall purchases."
• Top-Up Service: The act of transferring funds into the membership wallet through designated payment channels provided by the platform.
• Online Payment Service: User make shipping payments directly through third-party payment providers within this platform. "Only for in-platform shipping fee services."
2. Top-Up Terms
• Users may only top-up their membership wallet through Bank Transfer payment method.
• The topped-up amount will be credited to the membership wallet balance within 3 working days (excluding public holidays in China and Malaysia) after a successful transaction.
• The top-up exchange rate may be adjusted from time to time.
Important Notes: Top-up funds are only be used for in-platform mall purchases and cannot be used for shipping payments, withdrawals, transfers, or exchanged to cash. (Subject to applicable rules.)
3. Online Payment Terms
• Users may use the platform’s designated third-party payment providers for Online Payment when settling shipping fees. A successful payment constitutes transaction completion.
• If a payment fails due to network issues, payment gateway errors, or other reasons, the user must resubmit the payment.
• Once an order is successfully paid, the platform will proceed with fulfillment based on the service type, and no cancellations are allowed.
4. Refund Policy
• Top-up amounts are generally non-refundable. Users are advised to top-up cautiously based on their needs.
• If discrepancies or duplicate payments occur due to service errors or system issues, the platform will process refunds after verification.
• For paid orders requiring refunds, the platform’s order cancellation and refund rules apply. Refund eligibility and methods depend on the nature of the product/service.
• The review process typically takes 3 working days, and the refunded amount will be processed within 3 working days.
• All refunds will be returned to the original top-up account. Refund requests with mismatched account names will not be processed.
• A 1% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each refund request.
5. Risks and Security
• Users must safeguard their account and payment information to prevent unauthorized access. Report any suspicious activity to customer service immediately.
• The platform will implement reasonable security measures, but shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure or user negligence.
6. Account Management & Transaction Records
• Users may view top-up, payment, consumption, and refund records under "My Wallet" or "Order History".
• If there are disputes regarding transaction records, users may submit a review request within 30 days of the transaction date.
7. Amendments to Terms
The platform reserves the right to modify these terms based on business needs or legal requirements. Updated terms will be announced through platform public notice. Continued use of top-up and payment services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the platform’s jurisdiction. Any disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, either party may file a lawsuit in the platform’s local court.
9. Supplementary Provisions
• These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between users and the platform regarding top-up and payment services, forming part of the overall legal framework alongside the Platform Transportation Service Terms and Privacy Policy.
• These terms take effect upon user acceptance or begins using the related services.
